Description
Polyprime AC is a solvent based silanesiloxane modified acrylic penetrating primer which impregnates the host substrate to form a hydrophobic barrier which cures with the influence of atmospheric humidity and present to form a hydrophobic lining.

Surface Preparation
The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly of allcontaminants like dust, traces of curing compound, oil and grease. All surface imperfections, protrusions, structurally unsound and friable concrete must be removed andrepaired with a suitable Polycrete* concrete repair mortar. the application temperature should be between 5°C to 55°C. Slightly damp substrates can be treated. Surfaces should be dry with no wet spots.
Application
Thoroughly mix the contents of the container so that there is no settlement due tostorage. do not dilute with water or solvents. The primer can be applied by spray, brush orroller. For dry and poroussurfaces apply a second coat. On vertical surfaces it should be flooded on starting at the bottom, working steadily upwards. When used as a protective impregnation a minimum of two application is recommended “wet-on-wet” with immediate application of second.
