Polyinject CEMENT
Polyinject CEMENT
One component ultra fine cementitious injection resin suitable for the injection of cracks 0.2mm upward and filling the hollow space of concrete & brickwork
Properties
- Hollow space filling such as honey combs or cavities
- Stabilisation of concrete and brickwork
- Multiple grouting of injection hoses
Description
Polyinject Cement is a mineral, one-component injection medium based on ultrafine cements. Polyinject Cement is suitable for the injection of cracks from 0.2 mm upwards, for hollow space filling and for the stabilisation of concrete and brickwork. Polyinject Cement can be used for single or multiple grouting of injection hoses. application certificates for the grouting of the injection hoses polyinject hose are existant. Polyinject Cement is a one-component cement and does not have to be mixed with a colloidal mixer, in comparison with comparable micro-finecements.
TDS For Polyinject Cement
- Step by Step
Mixing
Polyinject Cement is homogenously mixed with 4 to 5 litres of clean water per 8kg bucket for at least 4 minutes with a dissolving agitator (e.g. power drill with dissolving agitator attachment) at 1500 rpm. a colloidal mixer, as generally used for two-component microfine-cements, is not required for mixing.
Application
The mixed material is then injected in low pressure operation with a 1-component injection pump, e.g. a spiral pump. the subsurface and material temperature must not fall below +5°c during processing and 72 hours after processing. Polyinject Cement is an injection medium that reacts rigidly and can therefore not be used for the grouting of moving cracks or expansion joints.
