Description
Polyprime EPS is a two component epoxy resin based primer for epoxy or polyurethane based coatings and toppings.

Surface preparation
Surface preparation plays a vital role in determining the durability of any floor coating. Therefore proper care should be taken while executing it. The concrete should be minimum 28 days old before any coating or topping are applied. The surface should be free from dust, dirt, curing compound, oil etc. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove all loosely adhering particles and cement laitance. We recommend captive shot blasting for the best cleaning. Cracks and pot holes should be repaired with suitable product from our Polycrete repair system range and allow to cure. Ensure that the moisture content in the substrate is below 5%.
Mixing
Mix Part A and Part B separately for 1 minute using a drill fitted with mixing paddle. Then transfer Part B into Part A and mix thoroughly for 2 –3 minutes to achieve a uniform consistency.
Application
Apply the mixed material immediately within the pot life on the prepared surface. The primer may be applied with brush, roller or squeegee and allow it to dry completely.
